Some potential buyers simply cannot purchase their next boat without the convenience of trading or financing. In certain situations we may be financially capable to actively consider trades on brokerage contracts , find a buyer for their trade or offer competitive financing if needed.
Notary , USCG , Boat and Trailer Registrations , Financing and Bank Liens are all handled in house.
After inspection of your unit we will discuss an amount that we believe is a fair market price that seller agrees to accept , any proceeds collected after the completion of the sale will be retained by the broker. The average discount on brokerage is 10% of selling price.
